Operating principle and intelligent technology
The MAD AMPX 80A V2 controller is equipped with specialized software designed specifically for high-power multi-pole motors used in heavy-duty drones . Control algorithms ensure exceptional compatibility with various motors and stable operation. Thanks to synchronous regenerative technology, the governor not only effectively manages acceleration, but also returns energy to the battery during braking, improving overall flight efficiency. The device supports input signal frequencies up to 621 Hz, which guarantees instant response to pilot commands.
A key feature of version V2.0 is the presence of a CAN interface for bidirectional communication with the flight controller. This allows you to receive real-time data on current, voltage, temperature and speed, as well as update the controller firmware to add new functions and improve performance. A built-in 5V/200mA BEC provides power to the flight controller when required. A sophisticated cooling system with an aluminum radiator effectively removes heat even under prolonged loads.

The regulator is equipped with an intelligent protection system that monitors many parameters in real time:

Temperature protection: When heating above 125°C, the power is reduced to 50%, at 140°C - complete shutdown with restoration when cooled to 80°C.

Short circuit and overload protection: Instant shutdown when a short circuit is detected with automatic recovery.

Signal loss protection: If the gas signal fails for more than 2 seconds, the engines are switched off.

Wrong voltage protection: Start blocking when connecting a battery with a voltage below 16V or above 64V with an audible signal.
