The ORT 6 Turn Washing Antenna has the perfect balance between beamwidth performance and range. The beam width is 100 – 120 degrees, and the range is a fantastic 15-20 km with a 600 mW video transmitter. Therefore, such antennas are most often used if the pilot intends to fly over long distances, where the orientation of the transmitting antenna does not change much in relation to the receiving antenna.
