Operating principle and design
KST A08 V6.0 is a digital HV micro servo drive based on advanced coreless motor technology. Unlike traditional iron-core motors, a coreless motor has significantly lower rotor inertia. This allows it to accelerate and decelerate almost instantly, providing exceptional positioning accuracy and fast response . Digital technology provides higher angular resolution and faster, more accurate position holding compared to analog servos .
The durable aluminum alloy body not only protects internal components, but also effectively dissipates heat to maintain stable performance under long-term use. The hardened steel gearbox and compact design ensure shock resistance and durability . Programmability via KST-Tool Card #1/ #5 allows experienced users to fine-tune the servo for the perfect installation .
