Operating principle and design features

QX-Motor QF3748 is a brushless motor with an external rotor (Outrunner). 12 poles and 14 magnets (12N14P) configuration ensures smooth running and high torque. The stator with a diameter of 37 mm and a height of 48 mm is designed for long-term loads. The internal winding resistance is 22 mOhm, and the no-load current is 1.5 A at 10 V, which indicates good efficiency. The hollow shaft with a diameter of 5 mm allows the wires to pass inside, protecting them from damage.

The motor is secured with four M3 screws with a pitch of 25 mm. With a weight of 210g and compact dimensions (49x65mm), it easily integrates into frames for 7‑10‑inch propellers. It is recommended to use 60-80 Amp controllers with 6S support.

The QX-Motor QF3748 1200KV engine is ideal for powerful quadcopters with a diagonal of 7‑10 inches, for heavy cargo drones, as well as for large aerobatic and sports aircraft (wing span 1.2‑1.5 m). High power and torque allow it to be used in vertical take-off (VTOL) systems.
