The SDKELI LS0627BN M05 lidar is a compact 2D laser scanner designed to solve mobile robot navigation and safety (AGV/AMR) problems. The model is built on Time-of-Flight (ToF) pulse technology with nanosecond pulses, which ensures stable and reliable measurements. This is a professional solution for automated warehouses, production workshops and any facilities where accurate detection of obstacles and construction of a map of the environment is required.
5 main advantages of lidar
- Reliable object detection. The maximum scanning radius reaches 20 meters. Lidar confidently detects objects with low reflectivity: white objects (70% reflection) at a distance of up to 6 meters, black objects (10% reflection) - up to 2 meters.
- High scanning speed and accuracy. The device takes up to 25,000 measurements per second. The time of one scanning revolution is only 40 ms, which provides up-to-date information about the environment in real time.
- Flexible configuration of security zones. Configuration of up to 16 groups of protection zones is supported. The shape and size of zones can be set in accordance with individual safety requirements.
- Industrial reliability. The lidar housing is IP65 rated, which guarantees its operation in dusty and humid conditions. The device is resistant to vibrations, shocks and external light, and is also equipped with a temperature drift compensation system.
- Ease of maintenance. The design includes a removable window, which simplifies cleaning and maintenance, reducing operating costs.
The operating principle of the lidar is based on a pulsed laser rangefinder (Time-of-Flight). The device emits short laser pulses and measures how long they take to return from objects, calculating distance. The rotating mechanism provides a 270-degree scanning of space, creating a two-dimensional map of obstacles. The built-in processor processes the data and, if the specified protection zones are violated, activates output signals (versions with NPN or PNP output are available).
