Robust design and reliable chassis

The Droneshub GRAPHITE platform has a reinforced design. Its supporting frame is made of metal pipe. The frame profile size is 40 by 40 millimeters. The thickness of the metal frame is 3 millimeters. The casing is also made of steel. The thickness of the skin is 3 millimeters.

The painting is applied using powder-polymer technology. You can choose a color from the RAL catalog. The overall dimensions of the platform are 1700x1300x600 mm. The rover weighs 250 kilograms. The degree of protection of the housing complies with the IP44 standard. This protects the electronics from dust and moisture.

The main strength of the model is its traction capabilities. Its own carrying capacity is 300 kilograms. The platform tows trailers weighing up to 1000 kg. This is a solution for serious transport problems.

Energy efficiency and intelligent control

Energy for the platform is provided by a powerful battery. A modern LiFePO4 battery is used. Its voltage is 60 Volts. The battery capacity is 100 Ampere-hours. The operating time without recharging reaches 12 hours. Fully charging the battery takes 10 hours. The maximum power reserve is 40 kilometers.

The platform uses rear-wheel drive with a differential. The front wheels are swivel for maneuvering. One powerful brushless motor is installed. Motor type: BLDC DC. Its power is 2000 watts. The operating voltage of the engine is 60 Volts. The platform reaches speeds of up to 15 km/h.

The wheels are rubber pneumatic. The wheel size is 19x7.00-8. Studded tires can be ordered as an option. This will improve grip on winter roads.

Control is carried out through the on-board computer. Navigation works using GPS and GLONASS signals. Communication is supported via 4G and LTE networks. A WiFi module is also used for local communication. You can manage the platform in different ways. The operator uses a web interface or workstation. A radio remote control is included.

The on-board camera transmits video to the operator. The security system includes four ultrasonic sensors. There is an emergency stop button on the body. User authorization restricts access to the system. Additional equipment can be installed on the platform.
