Operating principle and scope of application
The LILYGO TTGO T‑Echo device is designed to work autonomously in remote locations. The nRF52840 microcontroller controls the sensors, LoRa module and display. The E‑ink screen displays coordinates, temperature, pressure and other telemetry, while remaining readable under the sun and without wasting energy on updates. The SX1262 LoRa transceiver sends data to a ground station, another radio, or to the cloud.
Due to low power consumption, the device can operate for days on the built-in battery. Bluetooth and Zigbee support allows easy integration into existing IoT networks. The board is compatible with Arduino IDE, PlatformIO and is open source.
LILYGO TTGO T‑Echo is an ideal choice for creating trackers, vehicle monitoring systems, environmental sensors, autonomous weather stations, and also for use as a portable telemetry module for FPV drones.
