The ATMEL-ICE-PCBA programmer connects to the computer via USB and to the target board via standard debugging interfaces (JTAG, aWire, debugWIRE). The device allows you to perform full in-circuit debugging: set breakpoints, view the contents of memory and registers, and perform step-by-step code execution.
