The Argut A-57 radio station operates in analog mode with frequency modulation (FM). Supported bands: 403–410, 417–422, 433–450, 446.0–446.1, 469–470 MHz. This complies with LPD and PMR standards, which do not require a license in many countries. Frequency grid step 12.5 or 25 kHz. With a step of 12.5 kHz, the maximum frequency deviation is 2.5 kHz, with a step of 25 kHz - 5 kHz.
The transmitter has two power levels: low and high (up to 10 W).
