ZhongFu Carbon (Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Co.) is one of the leaders in the Chinese carbon industry. Founded in 2006 as a subsidiary of the Zhongfu Group, the firm quickly became a major player in the market by purchasing technology from the Italian company Giacomino. By 2016, the enterprise reached a capacity of up to 6,000 tons of carbon fiber per year.
In 2022, together with Sinopec, Zhongfu Carbon developed a technology for the production of large-scale precursor from technical lignin. The company produces standard fiber grades SYT40 (T700), SYT49 (T800), SYT55 (T1000) and even SYT65 (T1100). The range includes all popular line densities: 1K, 3K, 6K and 12K. The products are used in the aerospace industry, shipbuilding and the production of sports equipment.
Thousands of microscopic threads are twisted into a single bundle. When impregnated with epoxy resin, the load is distributed between all fibers. The composite becomes stronger and stiffer than steel. Microscopic filaments prevent cracks from developing. The part can withstand impacts and bends.

3K filament is ideal for precision layout and 3D printing. Excellent for reinforcing small parts of drones and frames. The smooth surface of the filaments reduces the volume of binder. The composite is as light as possible. The material is used for winding cylindrical parts and reinforcing complex contours. When creating pieces, alternate layers at different angles for maximum strength.
