Buy the WOJO C-40D Dual Axis Gimbal for smooth and stable shooting from your FPV drone
The WOJO C-40D gimbal is a compact and lightweight device for stabilizing FPV cameras weighing up to 40 grams. The model provides high accuracy of angle retention, which allows you to get smooth video even during sharp maneuvers. The gimbal supports modern control protocols and easily integrates with most flight controllers. This is an ideal solution for pilots who want to improve the quality of their footage without adding weight to the drone.
- Two-axis mechanical stabilization effectively dampens vibrations and airflow shocks.
- Stabilization accuracy of ±0.05° ensures smooth video even during sudden maneuvers.
- Supports control via S.BUS, CRSF, PWM, MAVLink and head tracker for flexible integration.
- Wide input voltage range from 7.4 to 26.4 V for compatibility with 2-6S batteries.
- Compact weight 38 grams and dimensions 64x59x36.2 mm for installation on any drones.
How does a two-axis gimbal work?
The two-axis mechanical stabilization system compensates for the tilt and rotation of the drone along two axes. High-torque brushless motors with IMU sensors and temperature compensation instantly adjust the camera position. The angle holding accuracy reaches ±0.05°, which guarantees a stable picture even during high-speed maneuvers. The gimbal supports several operating modes: FPV mode, horizon stabilization mode, tilt lock and ortho shooting mode for vertical shots.
The gimbal is controlled via S.BUS, CRSF, PWM, UART protocols (including MAVLink) or directly through the head tracker. This allows it to integrate with most flight controllers, including ArduPilot and PX4. Parameter settings, firmware updates and calibration are performed via PC using GimbalConfig software. The gimbal can be installed both on top and bottom of the drone, which gives flexibility during installation.
