How does a miniature high power servo drive work?

The servo receives a PWM signal from the receiver or flight controller. The pulse width determines the target angle of rotation of the output shaft. The built-in electronic board compares the reference with the current position. The current position is read from a potentiometer mechanically connected to the shaft. If there is a mismatch, the board supplies power to the motor and it turns the shaft.

The gearbox reduces high engine speeds, increasing torque. Metal gears can withstand heavy loads without damage. When the specified angle is reached, the engine stops. The system continually adjusts the position to keep the shaft in place. This ensures precise and powerful control of the mechanism.
