VIFLY ShortSaver 2 works as a smart electronic fuse (eFuse) between the battery and the drone's power system. The built-in microcontroller continuously monitors current consumption. When a new assembly is first connected, the device supplies power, and if a short circuit or overload occurs above a set threshold, ShortSaver opens the circuit faster than the electronics can burn out.

The LED indication on the housing clearly shows the operating status: green light means that everything is in order, red light indicates an emergency shutdown.
