Operating principle and technical details
Brushless motor This scale works on the classical principles of electromagnetism. However, the scale of energy here is completely different. The huge stator, 81mm in diameter, contains kilometers of thick copper wire. The rotating rotor is equipped with dozens of powerful neodymium magnets. When three-phase current is supplied, a powerful rotating magnetic field is created.
Low KV (eg 100-300) means the motor is slow to rev. But at the same time it creates a colossal force on the shaft. This force (torque) is ideal for turning giant screws smoothly. Such propellers move huge volumes of air, creating lift. iPower GM8112 is a specialized tool for creating exactly this force.
