Robust platform and robust design

The Droneshub FRAME platform is a very solid foundation. Its supporting frame is made of metal pipe. The pipe profile size is 25 by 25 millimeters. The thickness of the metal frame is 2 millimeters. The casing is made of steel 1.5 mm thick. Painting is done using powder-polymer technology. You can choose any color from the RAL catalog.

The overall dimensions of the platform are 1300x1000x600 mm. The chassis' own weight is 130 kilograms. The platform has a housing protection rating of IP44. This protects the electronics from dust and moisture. The platform's load capacity reaches 150 kg. It can also tow a trailer. The towing capacity for the trailer is 150 kilograms.

Powerful chassis and intelligent control

The chassis uses a 4x4 wheel arrangement. It has four powerful engines. Each motor is a brushless BLDC type. The power of one motor is 500 watts. The operating voltage of the engines is 48 Volts. The wheels are rubber pneumatic. The wheel size is 19x7.00-8.

The platform reaches speeds of up to 20 kilometers per hour. The maximum power reserve is 40 kilometers. Energy is provided by a lithium iron phosphate battery. Battery type is modern and safe LiFePO4. Its voltage is 48 Volts. The capacity is 50 Ampere-hours. Operating time without recharging is 6 hours. It takes 8 hours to fully charge the battery.

Control is carried out through the on-board computer. Navigation works using GPS and GLONASS signals. Communication is provided via 4G and LTE networks. A WiFi module is also used for communication. You can manage the platform in different ways. The operator uses a web interface or workstation. A radio remote control is included.

The security system includes four ultrasonic sensors. There is an emergency stop button on the body. Lighting equipment includes headlights and turn signals. There are taillights and brake lights. User authorization restricts access. The platform comes fully equipped. You will receive the body, wheels and controllers. The kit includes an on-board PC and a camera.
