Operating principle and design
K-Power DMC811 is a digital servo drive powered by a coreless electric motor. Unlike traditional iron-core motors, a coreless motor has significantly lower rotor inertia, allowing it to accelerate and decelerate almost instantly. This ensures exceptional positioning accuracy and rapid response to pilot commands. The digital control circuitry processes signals at high frequencies, ensuring higher angular resolution and precise position retention than analogue equivalents.
The durable titanium gearbox not only makes the structure lightweight, but also provides high resistance to shock loads that are inevitable during hard landings of drones. Two precision ball bearings minimize play on the output shaft, ensuring positioning accuracy even after long-term use . The aluminum body effectively dissipates heat, maintaining stable performance under intense loads.
