Operating principle and model features
Baofeng BF-1802L operates in three popular frequency bands: 136-174 MHz (VHF), 220-260 MHz (1.25M) and 400-520 MHz (UHF) for transmission and reception, and also receives FM radio stations 65-108 MHz. The device has a bright 1.77-inch color display that displays all the necessary parameters. The Wireless Copy Frequency function allows you to quickly set up two radios for communication without using a computer, simply by scanning the airwaves.
The radio is equipped with all the necessary functions for comfortable operation: VOX for voice activation, a battery saving system (Battery Save), channel scanning and a high/low transmitter power (H/L) mode. Programming is possible either manually using the keyboard or via a computer using special software.
