How does this industrial DMR radio work?

The Argut A-85 radio station is built on the DMR (Digital Mobile Radio) standard. In digital mode, it uses TDMA technology, dividing one physical channel into two logical ones. This improves throughput and saves battery power. The device also supports analogue FM mode, which ensures compatibility with older radio stations.

Automatic ASQ noise reduction cuts out the noise of the airwaves, leaving only the voice. The receiver sensitivity of 0.20 µV guarantees reliable reception of weak signals.

The explosion-proof housing is made according to the ATEX standard, which allows its use in areas with a high risk of ignition (gases, vapors, dust).
