The pilot controls the drone from the remote control via the ExpressLRS protocol or similar. The signal is sent to the quadcopter's onboard receiver. The flight controller processes commands and data from the gyroscopes. It sends control signals to the built-in speed controllers. Those, in turn, force the motors to rotate at the desired speed.
An analog video system transmits the image from the camera to the pilot’s glasses. Although less clear, it has minimal latency. This is critical for high-speed racing and acrobatics. You see what is happening almost instantly. This response provides an advantage in dynamic disciplines.
The technical characteristics of the Nazgul XL10 V6 are impressive. The frame measures 10 inches diagonally for maximum stability. XING 2806.5 or similar high KV motors are installed. Flight stack based on F7 controller and ESC 45A+ provides high performance. The video transmitter operates at 5.8 GHz with a power of up to 800 mW. A Caddx Ratel camera or an equivalent gives a good picture in various conditions.
The drone receiver can be installed in ExpressLRS, Crossfire, TBS versions. The flight controller comes pre-installed with an optimized version of Betaflight. Built-in propeller protection protects the propellers from impacts. A durable bottom plate and lips protect the electronics in the event of a hard landing.
The multi-layer carbon fiber frame offers high rigidity. It effectively dampens vibrations without adding extra weight. The design makes it easy to replace damaged parts.
