Operating principle and design

TopON TOP-X600 works as a powerful external battery with numerous output interfaces. Modern LiFePO4 cells of format 32135 with a total capacity of 595.2Wh are installed inside. LFP technology provides significantly longer service life and safety. And also temperature resistance compared to conventional lithium-ion batteries. The station retains more than 80% capacity after 2500 cycles and has a low self-discharge of about 1% per month.

The BMS intelligent control system controls all charging and discharging processes. It protects connected devices from voltage surges, short circuits and overheating. The built-in MPPT controller increases the charging efficiency from solar panels by 15%, turning the station into a full-fledged solar power plant. Active cooling system with intelligent control effectively removes heat during long-term operation.

The housing is made of impact-resistant ABS plastic with IP21 and NEMA 2 protection, resistant to dirt and dripping water, and the battery pack is additionally insulated with plastic with a fire resistance rating of UL94-V0.
