GD32F1 is a new series of 32-bit general purpose microcontroller products with high performance and low power consumption. They are designed based on the ARM® Cortex®-M3 core, suitable for a wide range of applications. The GD32F1 product series integrates rich functionality to simplify system design and provides customers with a wide range of high-quality and cost-effective microcontroller portfolios with proven technologies and major innovations. Based on GigaDevice's advanced gFlash technology and mass production experience, it brings a new breed of microcontrollers to offer customers high functionality and quality. The GD32F1 series microcontrollers feature a 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M3 core operating at up to 108 MHz with zero flash access time for maximum efficiency. In addition, it provides up to 3024 KB of onboard Flash memory and up to 96 KB of SRAM. An extensive set of advanced I/O ports and embedded peripherals are connected to two APB buses. The microcontroller series provides up to three 12-bit ADCs with sampling rates up to 1 MHz and ten general-purpose 16-bit timers plus one advanced PWM timer, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces.
