They feature proven technology in a new magnet configuration and housing design to provide higher efficiency and power, lower eddy current losses with lower internal resistance.
Scorpion starts with premium quality aluminum alloy parts that are manufactured on the latest CNC milling machines. These parts are then gold electroplated to provide a beautiful, long-lasting finish. The stators are made from high quality 0.35mm thick laminations to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal eddy current losses. The stators are coated with epoxy resin to prevent short circuits and are wrapped with wire rated at 180 degrees C (356 F). The magnets used in Scorpion Motors are custom made to withstand high temperatures.
