How does this high voltage battery work?
The battery uses three series-connected cells (3S1P) using LiHV technology. The LiHV battery charges up to 4.35 V per cell. This provides a significant gain in energy capacity without increasing weight. That's why these batteries have become the standard for miniature FPV drones (like Toothpick and Twig), where every gram counts.
The high current output of 80C means that the battery is capable of delivering current up to 36A for a short period of time (450mAh × 80C = 36A). This is enough for the most powerful micro-motors. Thanks to this, the pilot receives lightning-fast response to the throttle stick, allowing him to perform sharp accelerations, tight turns and maintain stable altitude even during aggressive piloting.
