Operating principle and camera capabilities
AXIS Q1659 10-22MM is a network camera that combines the functionality of a DSLR camera with professional networking technology. It is equipped with a Canon EF/EF-S mount, which makes it easy to change lenses depending on the requirements of the task.
A 10-22mm varifocal lens is included, providing a horizontal viewing angle of 96.6 to 54 degrees for 20 MP and 68.1 to 37.9 degrees for 4K. The camera supports 5472x3648 pixels at 8fps and 4K Ultra HD at 25fps.
Axis Zipstream technology using H.264 significantly reduces traffic and storage requirements without losing the quality of important details. The camera supports transmission of several independently configurable streams in H.264 and Motion JPEG formats. Built-in WDR 120 dB allows you to get high-quality images in difficult lighting conditions. The minimum illumination is 0.04 lux for color mode and 0.004 lux for black and white.
