Exclusive 3300 MHz band without loading from 2.4/5.8 GHz devices.
-
Power of 800 milliwatts for reliable reception up to 10 kilometers.
-
32 channels with 5 MHz steps for flexible frequency selection.
-
Compact die-cast housing 150×150×30 mm with built-in antenna.
-
Perfect compatibility with BeastFPV 3.3GHz 16CH receivers.
Technical characteristics and frequency plan
The MVM-AVIA video transmitter operates in the range of 3280–3420 MHz. This is S-band with an optimal balance of range and penetration. The 3.3 GHz frequency avoids obstacles better than 5.8 GHz. At the same time, it provides less latency than 1.2 GHz. The device supports 32 channels with a grid step of 5 megahertz.
Output power is adjustable from 200 to 800 milliwatts. Built-in Class A amplifier ensures signal linearity. The sensitivity of the receiver for this range is -90 dBm. The range of reliable reception in urban areas reaches 5 kilometers. In open areas, the video signal is stable up to 10 kilometers.
Design and reliability
The transmitter is housed in an all-aluminum shielded housing. Dimensions 150x150x30 millimeters include a built-in antenna. The device weighs only 50 grams including the radiator and cables. The housing acts as a heat sink for the powerful output stage.
Power is supplied from 7 to 25 volts DC. The built-in pulse stabilizer suppresses ripple from the ESC. Current consumption at 800 mW is 300 milliamps. Reverse polarity and short circuit protection is built into the circuit.
Compatibility and Connectivity
The transmitter is fully compatible with PAL and NTSC analog cameras. The video input accepts a 1Vp-p signal with a resistance of 75 Ohms. The audio input allows you to transmit sound from the on-board microphone. A four-position switch selects one of four frequency banks.
Built-in omnidirectional antenna optimized for 3.3 GHz. The gain is 2 dBi with an omnidirectional pattern. The antenna structure is protected by an impact-resistant cap. There is no external antenna connector for maximum reliability.
Practical Application
It is an ideal choice for group flights and racing. The 3.3 GHz band does not overlap with the 2.4 GHz control frequencies. You eliminate intermodulation interference from other pilots' transmitters. Channels remain clear even when there are 20 or more drones.
The transmitter is in demand in urban video shooting. The signal confidently passes through glass, concrete and metal structures. Architectural objects do not create dead zones when flying over. The S-band is chosen by professionals in the film industry and intelligence agencies.
