How the frame works

The frame serves as the basis for all components of your long-range drone. Its lightweight yet rigid design dampens vibrations and provides stability over long distances. A special composite material absorbs shock and protects the electronics during hard landings. Universal mounts allow you to install any modern flight controllers, video transmitters and receivers optimized for long-distance flights.

Technical characteristics and functionality

The SOURCE AUREO model has a wheelbase of 260 mm and a composite plate thickness of 7 mm. The maximum propeller size is 7 inches. Motor mounts support 19x19, 16x16 and 12x12mm designs. Stack mountings are 30.5×30.5 mm (M3), 20×20 mm (M2) and 25.5×25.5 mm (M2). The frame is compatible with 20mm wide cameras. Kit includes SLS printed nylon canopy fairing and a full set of screws.
