Operating principle and design features

The FatShark 5.8G RHCP SMA antenna is designed to operate in the popular 5.8 GHz FPV band. Circular polarization (RHCP) effectively combats reflected signals. This is especially important when flying close to the ground and obstacles. The extended 82mm cable allows you to move the antenna outside of the goggle body or place it in a more advantageous location on the aircraft, reducing the impact of shadowing from the battery and other components.

The compact body measuring 33.5x16 mm and light weight of 11.5 grams do not create discomfort when used on the head and do not disturb the balancing of the copter. The SMA (male) or RP-SMA (female) connector allows the antenna to be connected to most standard FPV receivers and video transmitters.
