Order long-range vision - MVM-AVIA 1.2 GHz video transmitter!
This is a specialized FPV transmitter for ultra-long flights. The MVM-AVIA 1.2 GHz model operates in the low-frequency range of 1200 MHz. The signal confidently bends around trees, buildings and terrain. You save clear video where 5.8 GHz is powerless.
-
Unique 1200 MHz frequency with excellent diffraction and range up to 15 km.
-
High output power of 1000 mW for confident penetration of forested areas.
-
Complete absence of interference from overloaded 2.4/5.8 GHz bands.
-
Compact housing 150x150x30 mm with integrated omnidirectional antenna.
-
48 operating channels in 1 MHz steps for flexible choice of pure frequency.
Technical characteristics and communication range
The MVM-AVIA video transmitter operates in the range 1180–1360 MHz. This is a license free spectrum with excellent penetrating power. A wavelength of about 25 centimeters ensures avoidance of obstacles. Output power is adjustable from 200 to 1000 milliwatts. The sensitivity of the receiver at this frequency reaches -95 dBm.
The device supports 48 channels with fine tuning of the PLL synthesizer. The frequency tuning step is 1 megahertz. You will always find a free channel even in dense urban areas. Wideband modulation preserves video detail at the receiving edge.
Construction and power
The transmitter is supplied in an all-metal shielded housing. Dimensions 150x150x30 millimeters include a built-in antenna and radiator. The weight of the device is 50 grams including all elements. The aluminum housing effectively removes heat from the power amplifier.
Power is supplied from 7 to 26 volts DC. The built-in stabilizer provides clean power to the RF path. Current consumption at maximum power does not exceed 350 milliamps. Reverse polarity protection prevents damage due to incorrect connection.
Compatibility and Installation
The transmitter is compatible with any analog PAL/NTSC FPV cameras. The video input is designed for a 1Vp-p 75 Ohm signal. Audio input allows you to stream audio from a microphone or GoPro. Connection is made with a standard three-wire power-video cable.
Installation is carried out on the drone frame through a vibration-damping platform. The kit includes nylon struts and dampers. There is no connector for an external antenna - the built-in omnidirectional antenna is used. This design eliminates cable loss and damage to the connector when dropped.
Scope of application
Ideal choice for long range and long-distance exploration flights. The transmitter is indispensable when flying over dense forests and rough terrain. The 1.2 GHz frequency provides reception behind hills and in ravines. The signal penetrates through concrete floors and metal structures.
The device is in demand in search and rescue operations. A drone equipped with such a transmitter examines hard-to-reach areas. The 1.2 GHz spectrum is less busy with household Wi-Fi devices. You get a clear picture even in densely populated areas.
