Operating principle and design
KST X20-1806 is a digital HV servo drive based on advanced 4-pole brushless motor technology. Unlike traditional motors, this design provides significantly higher response speed and efficiency, which is critical for precise positioning of load release mechanisms or camera gimbal control in dynamic flight. The high-precision digital controller processes the signal at a frequency of 333 Hz (1520 µs), ensuring exceptional accuracy and smooth movement without jerking.
The durable, CNC-machined, aircraft-grade aluminum casing not only adds rigidity to the structure, but also effectively dissipates heat, maintaining stable performance under long-term use. The hardened steel gearbox and two precision ball bearings minimize backlash and ensure durability even under heavy use. IP65 water resistance reliably protects internal electronics from splashes and moisture.
