How does this combination device work?

The device performs multiple functions thanks to its complex internal architecture. In charging mode, it supplies the battery with stabilized current and voltage. The built-in balancer controls the voltage of each cell of LiPo batteries. In power supply mode, the M7AC converts the input voltage to a specified stable voltage.
