The VT-LEM2514CBMP8 lens is the result of the work of a company (Vision Datum), which specializes in the production of optics for machine vision. The model is also available under the ContrasTech brand. Brand engineers use advanced optical designs and multi-layer anti-reflective coating. This allows us to achieve quality comparable to the products of foreign leaders at a more affordable price. All products undergo strict control using modern equipment. The lens projects the image onto the camera's C-Mount sensor. With a high resolution of 10 MP, it captures the finest details on a 2/3″ sensor. The wide spectral range of 400–950 nm allows the lens to be used in systems with IR illumination. The optical design provides high aperture ratio (F1.4), which is critical for high-speed processes and poor lighting conditions. You get clear, high-contrast images for recognition, measurement and control tasks.
Model VT-LEM2514CBMP8 has a resolution of 200 lp/mm, which corresponds to 10 megapixels. The effective focal length is 5.0mm, the aperture is adjustable from F1.8 to closed. Field of view (95.5°×82.7°×66.8°) allows you to cover large areas. Distortion level does not exceed 5%, and the relative illumination reaches 43%. Back focus is 8.54 mm, flange distance (FBL) is 17.526 mm.
The lens weighs only 150 g, making it easy to install on moving platforms. Viewing angles are 24.6° diagonally, 20° horizontally and 15° vertically. The lens operates in a temperature range from -10 to +50°C.
