How the iRay FT 2 640 thermal imaging module works

The module is based on an uncooled first focal plane VOx detector with a pixel pitch of 12–17 µm. The sensor detects infrared radiation in the spectral range of 8–14 microns. The built-in processor processes the signal and generates a thermal image with a frequency of up to 50 Hz. The module supports up to 5 temperature measurement zones with high temperature warning and fire alarm function. You get an accurate and stable thermal image for long-term monitoring.
