Order a stationary 3D scanner RangeVision Spectrum 2025 for professional digitization
RangeVision is a Russian company founded in 2007. The brand specializes in 3D scanners for industry and education. The range includes Spectrum, Smart, Mini and PRO models. The company also produces RangeVision Scanner software. The products are used in mechanical engineering, medicine and design.
- Three scanning areas S, M and L for different objects.
- High resolution up to 0.05 mm in S mode.
- Measurement error from 0.04 mm for precise parts.
- Structured lighting technology without harm to the eyes.
- Export to popular formats OBJ, STL, PLY, ASCII.
How a stationary 3D scanner works
The object is placed on the turntable. The projector emits a series of structural light patterns. Cameras capture distortions in these patterns on the surface. The processor calculates the three-dimensional coordinates of each point. The software combines the images into a complete 3D model. You receive an exact digital copy of the real object.
Technical characteristics and functionality
The Spectrum 2025 model has a scanning module size of 190x415x110 mm. The weight of the scanner in the case is 9.5 kg. Power supply 100–230 V. Scanning technology – structured illumination (safe for the eyes). Interfaces: HDMI, USB 3.0, USB 2.0 for turntable. Operating temperature from +10 to +35°C. Output formats: OBJ, STL, ASCII, PLY, PTX, RV3D.
Three scanning modes
Mode S: area 140×90×80 mm, working distance 0.28 m. Resolution 0.05 mm, error 0.04 mm. M mode: area 320×210×200 mm, working distance 0.68 m. Resolution 0.11 mm, error 0.06 mm. L mode: area 550×340×360 mm, working distance 1.06 m. Resolution 0.19 mm, error 0.08 mm.
The scanner is ideal for reverse engineering. Used to control the quality of parts. Used in prosthetics and jewelry. Quickly changing lenses changes the scanning area. The turntable automates the shooting process.
