How does a portable spectrum analyzer work?

The device receives a signal through a high-frequency input. The built-in processor builds a spectrogram and displays it on the screen. The waterfall function shows changes in the signal over time. The tracking generator creates a test signal to measure the characteristics of filters and antennas. The analyzer supports EMI pretests, modulation analysis and audio demodulation. Built-in GPS records coordinates for every measurement. You get a complete picture of the RF spectrum at any point.
