Operating principle and design
KST MS325 V6.0 is a digital HV servo drive based on advanced non-contact magnetic positioning technology. Instead of a wear-prone potentiometer, it uses a Hall effect sensor that senses the rotor position without physical contact . This not only eliminates backlash and mechanical wear, but also ensures the highest alignment accuracy and repeatability throughout the entire service life . Combined with a highly efficient coreless motor with minimal rotor inertia, the servo drive exhibits exceptional responsiveness and smooth operation.
The durable, CNC-machined, aircraft-grade aluminum casing not only adds rigidity to the structure, but also effectively dissipates heat, maintaining stable performance under long-term use. Hardened steel gearbox with two precision ball bearings minimizes backlash and guarantees shock resistance.
The programmable Soft Start function protects mechanisms from sudden jerks when turning on the power. The servo operates in a voltage range of 6.0-8.4V (2S LiPo), making integration into the system easy.
