Working principle and advanced technology
The Hitec D945TW is a digital servo with brushless motor designed for maximum performance. It is based on a 32-bit microcontroller that processes the signal and provides positioning accuracy of 4096 steps. This exceptionally high resolution guarantees perfectly smooth and predictable operation even with the smallest output shaft movements.
The unique titanium gearbox not only reduces weight, but also provides incredible strength and wear resistance, withstanding peak loads without deforming the gears. Dual ball bearings on the output shaft minimize play, and the aluminum center housing acts as an efficient heat sink to dissipate excess heat.

The output shaft has a 25 tooth spline (Futaba compatible). This servo is ideal for controlling the load release systems of large drones and for the rotating mechanisms of professional gimbals. It is widely applied in large aerobatic airplanes (20-120 class), helicopters (600-700 class), 1/4 scale cars and large racing boats.
