The TYT MD-UV390 DMR 10W AES-256 digital radio is an updated version of the TYT MD-UV390 DMR GPS radio. The main distinguishing features of this radio station are increased power up to 10 Watts, an enlarged battery with Type-C, as well as an updated communication encryption standard AES-256.

TYT MD-UV390 Plus operates in the digital DMR time division multiple access (TDMA) standard. This allows one frequency channel to be used for two independent conversations simultaneously, increasing communication efficiency. The walkie-talkie is compatible with the popular MotoTRBO protocol and supports private, group and all calls. In analog mode, standard CTCSS/DCS tone codes are available.
The device offers an high range of functions: conversation recording for up to 8 hours, lone worker function, channel scanning, remote activation and deactivation, transmission of short text messages. Direct Frequency Input (VFO) mode and the ability to program up to 3,000 channels with 120,000 pins make this radio very flexible. For convenience, there are voice prompts in English, and the color display displays all the necessary information.
The radio station operates in the VHF (136-174 MHz) and UHF (400-480 MHz) bands with a channel spacing of 12.5 kHz. The transmitter power switches from high 10W to low 1W. The sensitivity of the receiver in analog mode is 0.20 µV, in digital mode – 0.25 µV. Audio output power reaches 1 W.
The device has IP67 dust and moisture protection. The package includes the radio station itself, a powerful 3600 mAh battery with Type-C, two antennas (short and long), a desktop charger with a power supply, a belt clip and instructions in Blastdrak.
