Operating principle and aerodynamics
The 1270-3 propellers convert the rotation of powerful brushless motors into lift. The 304.8 mm (12 in) diameter captures a large volume of air, providing the necessary traction for lifting heavy loads and professional equipment. A 7" pitch means that per revolution the propeller theoretically moves 7" through the air, allowing for high efficiency at relatively low RPMs.
The three-blade design distributes load more evenly, reducing vibration and improving smooth operation, which is especially important for flight stability. The glass-reinforced nylon material gives the blades the stiffness needed to maintain geometry under high loads, but still retains enough elasticity to absorb shock.

These propellers are ideal for professional drones with motors designed for 12-inch propellers. A universal 6 mm diaphragm with an adapter ring allows them to be used both on motors with a 6 mm shaft and on motors with a 5 mm shaft (using the included adapter).
