Operating principle and design features
The Argut A-10 antenna is made according to the 1/4 lambda radiating system with gamma matching (j-shaped antenna). It is DC grounded. This eliminates the accumulation of static electricity. A quarter-wave cut-off glass replaces protruding counterweights, making the design compact and safe.
The antenna has vertical polarization, which is optimal for voice communications and data transmission in the range of 147–174 MHz. The gain of 2.15 dBi corresponds to a standard half-wave antenna. The N-female connector ensures a reliable sealed cable connection. The IP66 degree of protection allows the antenna to be used in any weather conditions.
The Argut A-10 antenna is ideal for stationary radio base stations, control centers, security and telemetry systems in the VHF range. It can be used with radio stations from Argut and other manufacturers.
