The electronic regulator supplies voltage to the stator windings. The rotor with magnets rotates without brushes. A position sensor (potentiometer) monitors the angle. The microcontroller compares the reference with the current position. When there is divergence, the engine rotates the shaft. Two ball bearings ensure smooth operation.
Model X15-1809 V8.0 has a nominal voltage of 7.4 V. The power supply range is from 6.0 to 8.4 V DC. The torque is 18 kg cm at 6.0 V. At 7.4 V the torque reaches 22 kg cm. At 8.4 V the moment increases to 24 kg cm. Speed at 6.0 V is 0.09 s/60°. At 7.4V the speed improves to 0.08s/60°. At 8.4 V the speed reaches 0.07 s/60°.
Default operating frequency is 1520 µs / 333 Hz. The programmer can switch to 760 µs / 560 Hz. Default travel angle is ±50° (100° total). Operating temperature range from -10 to +65°C. Soft start is programmed for a specific model. The body is made of aluminum alloy.
