Operating principle and design features
KST X08N V6.0 is a digital HV micro servo drive based on advanced coreless motor technology. Unlike traditional iron-core motors, a coreless motor has significantly lower rotor inertia. This allows it to accelerate and decelerate almost instantly, providing exceptional positioning accuracy and fast response to commands. Digital technology guarantees higher angular resolution and more precise position holding compared to analogue servos .
The durable, CNC-machined aluminum alloy body not only provides rigidity, but also effectively dissipates heat from the motor and electronics, maintaining stable performance over long periods of use.
The hardened steel gearbox with two precision ball bearings minimizes backlash and guarantees durability even under heavy-duty conditions. Model V6.0 supports programming via KST-Tool #1/#5, allowing you to customize end points, center and direction of rotation for perfect installation.
