The antenna focuses radio waves into a narrow beam. This increases the range and stability of the signal. The circular polarization of RHCP effectively cuts out reflections. This approach gives a clear picture even in difficult conditions. The drone receives stable communication over a long distance.
The SpiroNet Patch model weighs only 11.5 grams. Operating temperature range from -40 to +85 °C. The narrow patch antenna has a gain of 13 dBi. The beam width for the patch antenna is 35 degrees. This is ideal for ultra long range FPV flights.
The SpiroNet 8 dBi mini-patch is much more compact. Its beam width reaches 90 degrees. This antenna is great for helmets and glasses. It gives a good compromise between range and angle. The antenna cable is 82 mm long.
