Robust design and tracked chassis

The Droneshub REGION platform has a reinforced design. Its supporting frame is made of metal pipe. The pipe profile size is 40 by 40 millimeters. The thickness of the metal frame is 3 millimeters. The casing is also made of 3 mm thick steel. This ensures the highest reliability and protection.

Painting is done using powder-polymer technology. You can choose any color from the RAL catalog. Overall dimensions are 1600x1300x500 mm. The weight of the platform is 250 kilograms. The degree of protection of the housing corresponds to IP44. The platform can tow a trailer weighing 500 kg.

The key feature is the tracked chassis. It provides exceptional maneuverability. The specific ground pressure is very low. The rover moves confidently over rough terrain. It overcomes mud, snow and sand. The chassis is driven by two powerful engines.

Long working life and intelligent control

Each motor is a brushless BLDC type. The power of one motor is 1500 watts. The operating voltage of the engines is 48 Volts. The platform reaches speeds of up to 15 kilometers per hour. The maximum power reserve is 30 kilometers.

Energy is provided by a modern battery. A 48 Volt LiFePO4 battery is used. The battery capacity is 100 Ampere-hours. The operating time without recharging reaches 12 hours. It takes 8 hours to fully charge the battery.

Control is carried out through the on-board computer. Navigation works using GPS and GLONASS signals. Communication is provided via 4G and LTE networks. A WiFi module is also used for communication. You can manage the platform in different ways. The operator uses a web interface or workstation. A radio remote control is included.

The on-board camera broadcasts video in real time. The system has an object recognition function. This is important for security and patrol purposes. Additional equipment can be installed on the platform. The security system includes four ultrasonic sensors. There is an emergency stop button on the body.
