Powerful platform for heavy loads

The Droneshub CARRIER platform has a heavy-duty design. Its supporting frame is made of metal pipe. The profile size is 40 by 40 millimeters. The thickness of the metal frame is 3 millimeters. The casing is also made of 3 mm thick steel.

Painting is done using powder-polymer technology. You can choose any color from the RAL catalog. Overall dimensions are 1700x1300x600 mm. The weight of the platform is 250 kilograms. The degree of protection of the housing complies with the IP44 standard.

The main feature is exceptional strength. The lifting capacity of the platform itself is 300 kg. The towing capacity for the trailer reaches 1000 kilograms. This allows you to tow very heavy loads.

Endurance and intelligent systems

Energy is provided by a modern battery. A 60 Volt LiFePO4 battery is used. The battery capacity is 100 Ampere-hours. The operating time without recharging reaches 12 hours. Fully charging the battery takes 10 hours. The maximum power reserve is 40 kilometers.

The platform uses rear-wheel drive with a differential. The front wheels are swivel. One powerful engine is installed. The motor is brushless BLDC type. Its power is 2000 watts. The operating voltage is 60 Volts. The platform reaches speeds of up to 15 km/h.

The wheels are rubber pneumatic. The wheel size is 19x7.00-8. Studded tires are available as an option. This increases cross-country ability in winter.

Control is carried out through the on-board computer. Navigation works using GPS and GLONASS signals. Communication is provided via 4G and LTE networks. A WiFi module is also used. You can manage the platform in different ways. The operator uses a web interface or workstation. A radio remote control is included.

The on-board camera broadcasts video in real time. The security system includes four ultrasonic sensors. There is an emergency stop button on the body. User authorization restricts access to the system. Additional equipment can be installed on the platform.
