Working principle and advanced technology

The Junsi iCharger X12 is a single channel microprocessor charger that operates from an external 11-53V DC power supply via the XT60 connector. Thanks to synchronous conversion technology, the device achieves high efficiency and minimal energy losses in a compact size. The built-in intelligent balancer with a current of up to 2 A uses a unique correction algorithm based on the internal resistance of the elements, which guarantees perfect balancing even at high charging currents.

The smart fan control system monitors internal temperature and automatically adjusts cooling speed for quiet operation and protection against overheating . When the threshold temperature is exceeded, the output power is automatically reduced, and when the temperature reaches a critical level, the device switches off completely. The regenerative discharge function with a power of up to 1100 W allows you to not only dissipate energy when the battery is discharged to storage voltage, but return it back to the supply battery or direct it to an external load, increasing efficiency up to 1500 W.

Technical characteristics and functionality

The device allows you to save up to 32 different charge profiles and supports export/import of data to an SD card. The built-in USB port and microSD slot are used for firmware updates and data logging, and Junsi Console software support allows for detailed analysis of charge and discharge processes on the computer.

Built-in reverse polarity protection at the input and output guarantees safe operation. Measuring internal resistance is possible both for the entire battery as a whole, and for each element separately, both online and offline.
