Inside the battery there are 12 lithium polymer cells. They are connected in a special way: two groups of three consecutive elements are connected in parallel, and there are two such groups (6S2P). This increases the capacity and total current the battery can deliver. The nominal voltage is 22.2 volts (3.7V * 6). When fully charged, the voltage reaches 25.2 volts.
The key parameter is the discharge rating of 70C. It determines the maximum safe current that the battery can deliver. For an 8500 mAh battery this is 595 amps (8.5Ah * 70).
