Order the powerful TrueRC X-RAY 5 GHz patch antenna for your FPV station!
Get the maximum range and clearest signal for your flights. The TrueRC X-RAY 5 GHz antenna is the latest development from the Canadian brand, embodying the advanced X-AIR technology in a compact patch format. It is specifically optimized for operation in the 5 GHz frequency range, which is ideal for many video transmission systems.
With exceptionally low side lobes and excellent front-to-rear beam pattern ratio, X-RAY concentrates all energy in the desired direction, effectively rejecting interference. Choose the best for long-distance FPV flights.
-
High gain up to 18 dBic for reliable communication over extreme distances.
-
X-AIR technology with low side lobes for maximum main beam efficiency.
-
The 60 degree beam width provides excellent coverage and ease of aiming.
-
Compact housing with a diameter of 151 mm and a weight of 82 grams for easy installation.
-
Circular polarization (RHCP/LHCP) reliably suppresses multipath interference and reflections.
Operating principle and design
The TrueRC X-RAY 5GHz antenna is a type of directional patch antenna designed for use in FPV and other wireless systems. It is powered by patented X-AIR technology, which delivers impressive performance in a simple, slim format. The narrow beam pattern with a primary beamwidth of 60 degrees and a half-power beamwidth of just 24 degrees provides concentrated coverage and increased accuracy when targeting the drone.
Thanks to circular polarization, the antenna effectively combats interference from reflected signals, guaranteeing clear and stable video even in densely built environments or close to the ground. High gain up to 18 dBic allows you to receive a signal from the drone at distances that are inaccessible to standard omnidirectional antennas.
