Operating principle and design
KST X08H V6.0 is a digital HV micro servo drive based on advanced coreless motor technology. Unlike traditional iron-core motors, a coreless motor has significantly lower rotor inertia, allowing it to accelerate and decelerate almost instantly, providing exceptional positioning accuracy . Digital technology guarantees higher angular resolution and faster and more accurate position holding compared to analogue servos .
The durable aluminum alloy body, precision machined, not only adds rigidity to the structure, but also effectively dissipates heat from the motor and electronics . Five-pole rotor with N45H magnets provides increased magnetic flux density and reduces winding inductance to avoid speed saturation at high voltage . The hardened steel gearbox with two precision ball bearings minimizes backlash and guarantees durability even under heavy-duty conditions.
