Operating principle and technical capabilities
Akusense AS-100C is a high-precision 2D rotating mirror lidar. The 905 nm infrared laser is eye-safe and resistant to ambient light up to 80,000 lux. The time-of-flight (TOF) principle allows the device to emit short pulses and calculate the distance to an object based on the return time of the reflected signal. The device offers flexible settings: the angular resolution can be 0.05° or 0.1°. The Ethernet interface provides high-speed data transfer to industrial networks.
The AS-100C lidar is ideal for unmanned aerial vehicles, providing accurate navigation and obstacle avoidance. Widely used in AGV navigation, warehouse logistics, security systems and robotics. The durable aluminum housing and wide operating temperature range allow it to be used in harsh weather conditions and outdoors.
