Mecanum wheels provide a unique omnidirectional motion feature. This allows the robot to move in any direction without rotating the body. This is achieved due to the special design of the wheels. They are equipped with inclined rollers, allowing movement to the sides, forward and backward, as well as rotation around its axis.
Pendulum Suspension (L) increases the robot's maneuverability. This makes it possible to effectively adapt to uneven surfaces and maintain stability when moving. This suspension system promotes a smoother, more confident ride, which is especially important when performing tasks in challenging terrain.
Overall, the ROS-enabled Yahboom chassis, equipped with Mecanum wheels and Pendulum Suspension (L), opens new horizons for robotics system developers, providing a reliable and adaptable platform for the most ambitious projects.
1) 9 types of chassis to choose from.
2) Mecanum wheeled chassis with a diameter of 65 mm and 80 mm. They are used to provide 360° omnidirectional movement.
3) High quality large size tracks and encoder motor (1:56). Can be used for rough terrain with difficult terrain.
4) Chassis with pendulum suspension. Adopts exquisite pendulum suspension design. Thanks to it, the 4 wheels of the car can touch the ground regardless of the terrain. It effectively prevents wheel slip and adapts to different terrain.
5) Chassis with robotic arm. Depending on the requirements, different servo drives can be selected. This allows for clamping and manipulation of objects.
